Never take the "Insurance" or "Even money", even at an online casino. Even though that means you'll lose some hands statistically your better off in the long run.

Make sure you play the minimum bet each hand to ensure you get as close as possible to the long term predicted statistical return. If you make larger bets then you are relying more on luck, you may of course win more making larger bets but you may also lose more. Stick to the minimum so you have a more steady return.
